2021 Epcot Festival of the Arts

The 2021 Epcot Festival of the Arts was a blast! This years festival ran January 8 - February 22, 2021. The culinary and beverage teams created many new tastes and sips for this year's festival and brought back several fan favorites. I'm excited to share of my favorites (and not so favorites) with you!

L'Art de la Cuisine Francaise had some really delicious options. The Creme de Brie en Petit Pain: Warm Creamy Brie in a House-made Bread Bowl and the Croissant a la Truffle Nor d'Hiver: Black Winter Truffle Croissant were both amazing!

One of my absolute favorites would be one of the things we got the worst photo of. It was getting late and the lighting was poor, but it was absolutely delicious. This was the Beef Wellington: Mushroom Duxelle, Prosciutto, and Puff Pastry with Red Wine Demi-Glace and Fennell Cream from The Artist's Table.

Italy is always a favorite stop of mine at all the festivals. L'Arte di Mangiare did not disappoint. The Arancini: Sweet Sausage fried Risotto Balls with Pomodoro Sauce and the L'Aragosta: Lobster Ravioli with Vanilla-Saffron Cream Sauce and Shredded Chili Peppers were both absolutely delicious!

This Warm Brown Sugar-stuffed Pretzel with Banana Soft-serve Ice Cream and Chocolate Sauce from Refreshment Outpost was insanely rich, but so delicious.

One of the things I was most looking forward to was trying this French Onion and Bacon Grilled Cheese with Tomato Soup from Pop Eats. I've never met a grilled cheese I didn't like and this one was great. I wasn't a huge fan of the tomato soup, I'm not a huge fan of any of the Disney tomato soups I've tried, but the keepsake cup was really cute.

The Deconstructed Dish was probably our favorite stop of the day. We got the Deconstructed Reuben: Rye Popover, Corned Beef, Gruyere Panna Cotta, and Brined Brussel Sprouts with Broken Thousand Island Dressing + Deconstructed Strawberry Cheesecake: Whipped New York-style Cheesecake with Fresh Florida Strawberries and Sugar Cookies + Deconstructed BLT: Crispy Pork Belly, Soft-poached Egg, Brioche, Watercress Espuma, and Tomato Jam. Everything was really delicious but that Strawberry Cheesecake was amazing!

The Painter's Palate was a bit of a letdown. I was not at all a fan of the Prime Steak Tartare with Pickled Vegetables, Parsley Salad, Bearnaise Anglaise, and Sous Vide Quail Egg. The Frozen Rusty Nail Cocktail was a nice, stout, beverage though!

And of course I couldn't leave without stopping by Festival Favorites and getting Remy's Ratatouille with Eggplant, Zucchini, Yellow Squash, Tomatoes, and Red Pepper Piperade. It was really yummy!

I'm always counting down the days until I'm back at Epcot for the Flower and Garden Festival this year :)
