Arendelle Aqua Cone at Storybook Treats in Magic Kingdom

I've come to realize that just about anything at Storybook Treats in Magic Kingdom is good! After ordering it, I realized the flavor was "cotton candy soft-serve" and I'm not a huge fan of cotton candy...but this turned out to be a great cone. It wasn't too sweet and was very good!

Storybook Treats is always worth a stop!

Disney's Pop Century Resort Refurbished Rooms

Disney's Pop Century Resort is a really fun resort themed around 20th century American pop culture. Some of the over the top theming features elements like yo-yos, transistor radio, 8-track tape, mood rings, and rubik's cube!

Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party

I had so much fun at Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party last month that I had to come back and do it again! I don't think there's many things that beat the Boo-To-You Halloween Parade for me, the Disney's Not-So-Spooky Spectacular fireworks may even be my favorite fireworks show Disney does too! Trick-or-treating was a blast too.

2018 Epcot Food and Wine Festival

The festivals at Epcot are always my favorite and we had a lot of fun this year!

Happily Ever After Dessert Party

I've done this dessert party a few times, but my friend had never done it. She loves desserts so I knew this was going to be right up her alley!

Trader Sam's Tiki Terrace at Disney's Polynesian Village

We were looking forward to trying Trader Sam's but the wait was insane and we already had plans at Magic Kingdom that we couldn't risk missing, so we decided to just grab a small drink and some food from the Tiki Terrace by the pool.

The BOATHOUSE at Disney Springs

The Boathouse at Disney Springs is upscale, waterfront dining! Here you can enjoy the best of both land and sea with fresh seafood, premium steaks, and even a raw bar. There are also craft cocktails and a huge wine list!

Disney's Old Key West Resort 2 Bedroom Villa

Disney's Old Key West Resort is a Disney Vacation Club resort and is themed with a Caribbean/Florida Keys style. It's a very big resort but it's also a very quiet resort!

Disney's Art of Animation Cars Family Suites

If you have ever wanted to feel like you were a part of the Cars, Little Mermaid, or Finding Nemo movie, Disney's Art of Animation Resort is where you need to go! This Resort brings those movies to life and throws you right into them and is designed with families in mind. From the family suites to tons of resort activities and the largest resort pool, there's just no shortage of fun to be had here.

Disney's Yacht Club Resort Newly Refurbished Rooms

Disney's Yacht Club Resort is a New England nautical themed resort at Walt Disney World. It has a sister resort, Disney's Beach Club next door, and it sits across Crescent Lake from Disney's BoardWalk Resort. The lobby is very plush and inviting! Yacht Club has some of the best dining options at Walt Disney World including Ale & Compass and Yachtsman Steakhouse. You can also experience Stormalong Bay, a 3 acre water wonderland, that includes a life-size shipwreck, pools, lagoons, a lazy river, and one of the highest resort waterslides!

Royal Guest Room at Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside

Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside is a moderate resort and the sister resort to Disney's Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter. I really love both of these resorts and think they are great options, especially for couples visiting Walt Disney World!

Disney's Art of Animation Little Mermaid Standard Room

Disney's Art of Animation Resort feels like a work of art. From the moment you enter the lobby you realize the walls tell a story. You move from sketches to colorized drawings and as you move through the resort, the progress of the art goes with you. Of course, that art continues throughout the entire resort where favorite characters come to life and that theme carries over into the rooms. The Little Mermaid standard rooms are a mermaid princesses' dream come true!

Disney's Private VIP Tour

I am so lucky to have had the opportunity to experience a VIP Tour at Walt Disney World this past weekend! I'm even luckier to have got to experience it with such an amazing group of ladies and two of the best VIP Tour Guides you could ask for.

Top of the World Lounge at Disney's Bay Lake Tower

I had the opportunity to visit the Top of the World Lounge at Disney's Bay Lake Tower and it did not disappoint. This lounge is exclusive for DVC members and has one of the best views of the fireworks from Magic Kingdom. This obviously made it the "must be" spot for DVC members and their family, so it definitely got a little crowded at one point, but so worth it!

50s Prime Time Cafe at Disney's Hollywood Studios

The only way I can describe 50s Prime Time Cafe is by saying "blast from the past!" It's something you have to experience and it definitely has that "Mom's Kitchen" vibe going for it.

Sleepy Hollow in Magic Kingdom

If you're wanting a yummy, but quick, lunch in Magic Kingdom the Spicy Chicken Waffle Sandwich from Sleepy Hollow will not disappoint! It's so good with the perfect little kick.

Epcot's 2018 Flower and Garden Festival

This Spring Epcot celebrated it's 25th Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival! You get to explore the outdoors, view beautiful topiaries and gardens, taste fresh flavors from Outdoor Kitchens and rock along with classic bands at the Garden Rocks Concert Series. (or you can just relax and smell the flowers!)

Disney's All Star Music Resort

I decided to plan a very last minute Walt Disney World trip with a friend and we decided to go with the cheapest option, which was Disney's All Star Music Resort. This resort is one of Disney World's value resorts and is located in the Disney Animal Kingdom Resort area.

My Disney Park Bag Essentials

I think one of the most popular questions I get asked is, "What do you put in your Disney park bag?" and of course I always tell people things like phone chargers and hair ties, but today I'm going to share with you what bag I use, and some of the less thought about things you can find in it!

Rose & Crown

Rose and Crown is one of my favorite places at Epcot! It can get packed at night with people vying for an outside table for IllumiNations, but the wait and the food is worth it.

The Garden Grill

There's something very nostalgic about The Garden Grill. It's like Crystal Palace and always brings me back to my childhood! And because I think the decor has been the same since I was a child, it's understandable lol. For us the food at The Garden Grill always seems a notch above your typical "character dining" food.

War Eagle Caverns

War Eagle Cavern on Beaver Lake is one of our favorite caves to tour in Arkansas! It's the largest cavern in Northwest Arkansas and we love that it stays a consistent 58 degrees year-round. This is especially wonderful during the warmer times of the year!

Be Our Guest Restaurant

Be Our Guest...whether you've been to Disney or not, you've heard of it! It's beautifully themed and everyone has been talking about it since it opened. Whether it's to say they love it or that it's over hyped or sometimes say things that aren't true like, "It's where you eat with Belle and the Beast." Sorry folks, not true, but we will get back to that! With dinner at Be Our Guest changing from a la carte into a prix fixe dinner menu starting July 27, 2018, I thought now would be a great time to share a little about why this is a must visit on every-single-one of my trips - and my opinion on the new changes.

The Grand Treehouse Resort

I turned 29 on Saturday (I'm a St. Patrick's Day baby!) and my husband knew my soul was in need of a good re-charge in one of my favorite places (second only to Disney) so we went up to Eureka Springs for a little 4 day weekend. We decided to stay somewhere new and I have to say that The Grand Treehouse Resort did not disappoint!

'Ohana at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort

There's something about Disney's Polynesian Village Resort that just makes me very happy. Whether it's how amazing the lobby always manages to smell or the fond memories of delicious food, just thinking about it brings a smile to my face! Or maybe it's because the Tikiman, Maui, is just so stinking cute ;)

Favorite Eats At Disney's Animal Kingdom

Some of my favorite eats at Disney World are at Animal Kingdom! I know this park flies under the radar for a lot of people, but it's one of my favorites. There's just so many little details and things to see. Today I want to share with you some of my favorite things to enjoy while at Animal Kingdom and I have to start with Tusker House! I don't think it's a trip for me and my husband if we don't start a morning off with breakfast at Tusker House. While we really love the food here, I think this is one of the best character dining experiences. The characters are so fun and interactive and I think the entire experience is a great value!

Yak & Yeti Restaurant

Some how Yak & Yeti at Disney's Animal Kingdom has always managed to fly under our radar (possibly because we are huge fans of both Tusker House and Flame Tree Barbecue and have a hard time passing either of them up lol.) On our past trip we just weren't ready to head back to Animal Kingdom Lodge and admit we would be leaving the next morning, so we managed to snag a last minute dinner at Yak & Yeti! And we are kinda glad we did!

Happily Ever After Fireworks Dessert Party

Happily Ever After is the new nighttime show at Magic Kingdom and it's a beautiful grand finale to your evening; featuring spectacular fireworks and an amazing castle projection set to a score featuring contemporary versions of popular Disney songs. As our November trip was the first time we would be seeing Happily Ever After, we wanted to be sure we had a good spot so we opted for a Dessert Party Package.

Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge - Kidani Village

Oh Kidani Village...what a beautiful, beautiful place you are! There's just something so serene about the African tribal architecture and the panoramic views of the Savannas. The resort itself is very relaxed.

Jungle Navigation Co. Ltd. Skipper Canteen

I feel like I should start off by saying that I am a creature of habit. If I find something I like, I will stick to it. So I tend to want to visit all my tried and true favorites versus try out new things. My husband, the voice of reason, really wanted to try it out and I am now so glad that we did!

Sa'tuli Canteen and Pandora - The World of AVATAR

I'm sure by now you've heard that Pandora - The World of AVATAR has opened at Walt Disney World. (I'm sure you've also heard about those wait times for Flight of Passage too!) We got to check out both attractions, grab some grub, and take a stroll through the Valley of Mo'ara and I wanted to share our experience with you!
