Tower Studio at Disney's Riviera Resort

I want to preface this by saying that we did not end up spending the night in this room, as our bed was broken and had to be forcefully pulled down by maintenance to the point that it couldn't be moved back up. As the room is rather small, that would have made for a bit of an awkward stay and we were moved to a different room, which I will be sharing shortly.

The Tower Studio rooms are a new room type for Disney and are designed for 2 people, so they make a really nice and quaint option if you're on your honeymoon! These are not an ideal option if you're looking for a larger room to do a lot of moving about.

When you walk in the queen bed is set in the wall so you are greeted with the little sofa and seating area. The lighting in this room left something to be desired. For such a small space, it really needed more lights. Even with our balcony shade and the window shades up, it was still a bit dark.

Our bed was broken so I was not able to get a really great shot, as I did not want to take a picture of our maintenance man's butt, but the artwork above the bed was really cute!

The room featured a nice amount of storage, for it's size and had basic amenities like a microwave, paper plates, cups, and utensils, a toaster, coffee maker, and a mini refrigerator. There's a built in desk as well.

On the opposite wall there is a small console table and the television. You can also see our little balcony!

While the room itself isn't very grand, the bathroom is very large compared to the rest of the room! I was quite impressed. It also has great lighting, unlike the room.

This shower is a work of art and it's gigantic!

In the bathroom there is also a rather large closet, which is great to get those suitcases out of your way since there isn't a lot of space in the main room. The closet has some additional storage, additional pillow and blanket, the safe, a steam iron, and an ironing board.

Our balcony was situated perfectly for watching the Skyliner and we had a straight shot view of the Tower of Terror. We could also see Epcot from the other direction!

These little balconies are perfect for grabbing your breakfast to go at Primo Piatto or La Petit Cafe!

One of my favorite things about The Riviera Resort is the art! The rooms feature beautiful art work and the resort halls are also lined with the most beautiful paintings. When you head to the Skyliner you are greeted with giant and beautiful murals too! I'll share those in my next post.

Overall, I would definitely stay here again (with hopes our bed would work) and this resort has quickly stole my heart!

Our room was room was 8221, 2nd floor. Just a quick walk from the main lobby!
