Butterbeer Recipe

One of my favorite travel treats is a frozen Butterbeer from the Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Orlando! I've been wanting one and I've seen tons of recipes online, but some are really complicated and some taste absolutely nothing like butterbeer, but I think I finally found a simple and close enough combination to tide me over in a pinch, and I wanted to share it with you too!
It's literally 4 ingredients + ice. Four! That's it!

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 quart of vanilla bean ice cream
2 Tablespoons Butterscotch Syrup
12 oz Cream Soda
1/4 cup of ice
Whipped Cream

DIRECTIONS:

Place ice, ice cream, butterscotch, and your cream soda in a blender. Mix until combined. Add more ice until you reach your desired consistency. Add more butterscotch syrup to taste.

Get a cold glass, drizzle butterscotch into your glass for that fancy barista effect, and pour your butterbeer into your chilled glass. Add whipped cream on top, add a little more butterscotch syrup on top of that, give it a little stir, and ENJOY!
