Mythos Restaurant features this towering rock formation and cascading waterfalls with ancient figures carved into the side. It's very beautiful and featured a large sign advertising their award-winning "best theme park food."
I will be honest, upon entering I was less than impressed. While the cavernous interior had it's charm, there is a very dated "aquarium in the 90s" vibe going on.
We were brought some bread for our table which was good.
I got the Pad Thai which features rice noodles, mixed vegetables, chicken and shrimp tossed in a sweet and sour peanut sauce. This was very good and my only complaint is that I typically look for more heat in my Pad Thai. If you're not a fan of spice, this is a great option for you. There is also a GF, V option.
My friend got the Pan Roasted Wild Salmon with wild rice, olive tomato tapenade, and romesco sauce which was also very good!
For dessert we went with the Chocolate Banana Gooey Cake which features a warm chocolate cake drizzled with caramel sauce, topped with peanut butter ice cream, and candied bananas. Very rich, very delicious!
We had a great view of The Incredible Hulk Coaster and Doctor Doom's Fearfall. All in all this was a very good experience!
