We just got back from a very cold, but terrific Universal Orlando Vacation! We stayed at Loews Portofino Bay in a Bay View King Room. I'm excited to share that with you here!

These 575 square feet rooms sleep 5 and feature a special interior area for the kids that includes two twin beds. You can put the little ones to sleep, while you enjoy a few hours of downtime in a separate area.

Relaxing Resort Day at Disney World

 

Animal Kingdom Lodge is a terrific resort if you're looking to take advantage of some resort amenities for a relaxing down day. Not only are you surrounded by beautiful Savannas with over 30 different species of African wildlife, but you have some of the most beautiful resort pools like the 11,000 square foot Uzima Springs pool with a 67 foot long waterslide!

Cheeseburger Spring Rolls in Magic Kingdom

 

Hands down, my favorite snack to get at Disney World are the Cheeseburger Springs Rolls from the cart near Adventureland in Magic Kingdom. So simple, but so delicious. While the $10 price tag for 2 seems a bit steep, I don't even care. I'm also not sharing! These are so good that I came home and mastered making them myself to curb the cravings.
