Mama Melrose's Ristorante Italiano is easily my favorite place to dine at Disney's Hollywood Studios. The food is has always been very good, the portions are hearty, and I really love to get the Fantasmic Dinner Package; which includes your meal and vouchers for the first Fantasmic showing of the night.
Your meal includes an appetizer, entree, dessert, and a non-alcoholic beverage. You'll receive your VIP seating vouchers after your meal. Our favorite appetizers are the Crispy Calamari and the Carne d'Italia Flatbreads. For entrees I love the Seafood Cioppino and my husband's favorite is the Charred Strip Steak.
But really, we are both always waiting for the Dessert Sampler to come out: Valencia Blood Orange Cake, Lemon Cheesecake topped with Passion Fruit Pearls, and Tiramisu.
How Does this Voucher Work? Instead of spending 60 minutes waiting in line to enter the theater, you can show up 30 minutes before the show and be escorted to the priority seating section. An individual seat will not be waiting for you, but you will be able to choose where you sit within the roped off section (I prefer to sit somewhere in the middle...as the show can get a little wet!) This also means you don't have to use a FastPass+ for Fantasmic. Save it for one of your favorite rides!
