Disney's Pop Century Resort Refurbished Rooms

Disney's Pop Century Resort is a really fun resort themed around 20th century American pop culture. Some of the over the top theming features elements like yo-yos, transistor radio, 8-track tape, mood rings, and rubik's cube!

While the rooms haven't changed in size, the new decor, color, and setup definitely makes the rooms feel more spacious. I love being in a nice, bright, clean room. The dresser has 3 drawers and then the safe. There's also a lot of storage space in the bathroom and you can fit your suitcases under the bed too. AND NO MORE CARPET! Hallelujah!

There's also added counter space and shelving above the fridge area. There's also a drawer that features all the goodies you need to brew your own tea or coffee in room.

The minimal, but still very Disney, artwork in the room is lovely and gives the room that little something that makes it feel playful in comparison to the stark white.

The second queen bed in the room is a murphy bed, which turns into a table with two chairs. It's very easy to pull it down. This is also featured next door at Disney's Art of Animation resort in the family suites.

The bathroom is definitely my favorite. I love all the shelving for storage and I the lighting!

The separate shower and toilet area is very nice and features a combo shower head and glass sliding doors, no more moldy shower curtains.

Our room had a great view of Echo Lake and it was a very peaceful section of the resort!

While the refurbished rooms at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort and Disney's Yacht Club Resort are definitely my favorite so far, the rooms at Disney's Pop Century Resort make me excited for the future of Disney Value Resorts, because this room had a very luxurious feel to it!
