2021 Epcot Flower and Garden Festival

The Flower and Garden Festival is always my favorite Epcot festival each year and this year did not disappoint!

These housemade Crab and Cheese Wontons from Lotus House in China were good, nothing spectacular.

Bauernmarkt in Germany is always a favorite shop. The Toasted Pretzel Bread topped with Black Forest Ham and Melted Gruyere Cheese is super simple but one of the best things at the whole festival. The Potato Pancake with Caramelized Ham, Onions, and Herb Sour Cream was a little different this year, but still good. My husband enjoyed the Beer Flight too.

I grabbed a Traditional Sicilian Cannoli from Primavera Kitchen in Italy and it was okay.

The Meyer Lemon Poached Lobster Salad with Grapefruit Rose Vinaigrette from The Citrus Blossom was really good. We also got the Citrus braised Crispy Pork Belly with Kumquat and Carrot. It was good, but maybe a little too much citrus for my taste.

The Beef Tenderloin Tips with Mushroom Bordelaise Sauce and Whipped Potatoes from Northern Bloom in Canada was one of the best things we had!

The Beef Brisket Burnt Ends and Smoked Pork Belly Slider from Festival Favorites in World Showcase was delicious, another standout favorite!

The Key Lime Tart was also from Festival Favorites and very good!

This Soy-glazed Pork Shank with Truffle Mashed Potatoes from Hanami in Japan was my personal favorite from the trip, so good!

And did you really go to the Flower and Garden Festival if you didn't get Frushi from Hanami in Japan? Really good, as always!

I never leave without stopping by France to grab a Macaron au Chocolate en Sucette from Fleur de Lys, always good. Very large portion though!

We decided to also try the Beignet Caramelise and that did not disappoint either!
