The only way I can describe 50s Prime Time Cafe is by saying "blast from the past!" It's something you have to experience and it definitely has that "Mom's Kitchen" vibe going for it.
If your table is not quite ready, grab a spot at the bar and order the Beer-battered Onion Rings, these are so good! And they pair great with a Peanut Butter & Jelly Milk Shake, which was so delicious. (Yes, I started with dessert!)
The Magical Star Cocktail was really good! X-Fusion Organic Mango and Passion Fruit Liqueur, Parrot Bay Coconut Rum, Pineapple Juice, and a souvenir multicolored glow cube.
And just a classic margarita, always a good idea!
The bar area carries over the theming!
I ordered Aunt Liz's Golden Fried Chicken with the roasted garlic mashed potatoes, chicken gravy, and corn. The portion size was huge! It was very good. Definitely ranks as some of the best fried chicken I've had at Disney.
Overall this is a super fun place with a great atmosphere and good food!
