Once Sleepy Hollow opens, at the parks official opening time, you'll be able to mobile order your breakfast. This can be done in-line while waiting for the attraction, or you can plan to hit Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, head over to Peter Pan's Flight, and mobile order while you wait for it. Once you receive notification that your order is ready, you're a quick walk over to Sleepy Hollow!
If you're wanting something with fresh fruit, the Fresh Fruit Waffle Sandwich ($8.29) is always a yummy option! It's served with strawberries, bananas, blueberries, and chocolate-hazelnut spread.
I thought the French Vanilla Iced Coffee ($4.79) tasted like a candle, I was not a huge fan, but the Mocha Iced Coffee ($4.79) was very good!
If you're wanting a Mickey Waffle they have an option that comes with just powdered sugar ($5.79).
Or you can get the version with strawberries, whipped cream, and powdered sugar ($6.79.) Both options are very delicious and the serving sizes are HUGE! The waffle is the size of the plate. If you have light eaters, these can easily be shared.
