Outer Building Garden View Room at Disney's Grand Floridian

On my last trip to Disney World we did a split stay, 2 nights at Gran Destino Tower at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort and 4 nights at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort. We love staying on the monorail, so I already knew which part of our trip was going to be my favorite. We got a great room in Boca Chica that looked out over the pool!

These rooms feature 2 queen beds and 1 double-size sleeper sofa. The bedding did not disappoint and it was definitely one of the most comfortable, if not THE most comfortable, beds we have slept on at Disney World.

There was a little coffee bar area with all the fixings for coffee or hot tea. There's also a pull out desk underneath the coffee bar table.

The double-size sleeper sofa is very comfortable, and makes for a great spot to throw all your purchases throughout the week ;) The dresser under the tv has a tiny amount of storage and is also home to the in-room mini fridge.

I'm always a fan of a split bath layout, especially when traveling with another couple, and this one worked out perfectly. The main bath area featured two sinks and a large area to get ready.

And a seperate room that features the toilet and bath/shower combo.

The tub is a decent size soaker tub!

These rooms feature a large closet area where you can store your suitcases. There are also complimentary robes you can use during your stay + the safe.

Our little balcony overlooked one of the pool areas, which was a very pretty view! We would mobile order breakfast from Gasparilla Island Grill and enjoy it on the balcony each morning.

The entire resort is just beautiful and so peaceful! It's worth a visit just to go upstairs and shop at Basin.

One of the highlights of the trip was hopping off the monorail and seeing this sweet fella welcoming us back!
